Tottenham Reports Plans to Sign Monaco Attacker Maghnes Akliouche

Tottenham Hotspur, initially targeting Manchester City winger Savinho, are now considering Monaco's Maghnes Akliouche as a more affordable alternative due to City's high asking price of around £70 million for Savinho. Akliouche, valued at approximately £47.5 million, is a promising 23-year-old French winger with strong performances in Ligue 1, including double-digit goal and assist seasons and a solid start to the current campaign. Tottenham are seeking to bolster their attacking depth following injuries to James Maddison and the departure of Son Heung-min, and Akliouche's versatility on either flank makes him a valuable potential addition. Although Monaco's initial asking price for Akliouche was higher, reports suggest a deal could be negotiated for closer to €55 million, making him a feasible option compared to Savinho.
