The No. 4-ranked University of Louisville volleyball team defeated No. 11 Kentucky in a thrilling match, winning 3-1 with scores of 25-21, 25-18, 20-25, and 25-16, marking their fourth consecutive victory over the Wildcats. Anna DeBeer led Louisville with 13 kills, while Reese Robins contributed 11 kills and a season-high 17 blocks was highlighted by Cara Cresse's nine blocks. The Cardinals improved to 8-1 on the season, showcasing their defensive prowess and extending their winning streak to six games. Kentucky's record fell to 6-4 as they prepare to face No. 2 Stanford next. The Cardinals will next host No. 5 Nebraska at the KFC Yum! Center, a highly anticipated matchup.
