CMBTECH Acquires 45% Stake in Golden Ocean for $83 Million

CMB.TECH Bermuda Ltd. has increased its stake in Golden Ocean Group Limited by acquiring 10,322,377 shares for approximately USD 83.36 million, bringing its ownership to 45.58% of the company's issued share capital. Zahlahuset AS and Lars Stubhaug have purchased 15,000 shares each in Edda Wind ASA at NOK 17.2853 per share, as reported in their PDMR notifications. Elopak ASA has allocated 391,626 shares as part of its Long Term Incentive Program to its executive and senior management team. Odfjell SE distributed a cash amount to its Executive Management to purchase 38,875 Class A-shares, aligning with its Long-term Incentive Program, with acquired shares restricted for three years. Arne Nypan, CEO of SpareBank 1 Regnskapshuset SMN AS, purchased 2,604 ECCs in SpareBank 1 SMN at NOK 181.45 per ECC, increasing his holdings to 39,697. All transactions adhere to disclosure requirements under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and EU regulations.
