Adult Film Star Austin Wolf Sentenced 19 Years Child Sex Crimes

Justin Heath Smith, known professionally as Austin Wolf, a 44-year-old gay adult film performer, has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for multiple crimes involving the sexual exploitation of minors, including enticing a minor and engaging in a pattern of prohibited sexual conduct. Smith targeted children as young as seven, solicited sexually explicit material from minors, possessed over 1,200 files of child sexual abuse material—including violent videos involving infants and toddlers—and distributed such content to at least 15 others. His offenses included arranging sexual encounters with minors and conspiring with others to exploit children, with some charges involving attempted abuse of children as young as nine. The investigation, led by the FBI, uncovered extensive digital evidence, and Smith pleaded guilty in a deal that dropped some charges related to child pornography possession. Prosecutors described Smith as a serial predator whose conduct was unusually egregious and an ongoing threat to public safety, requesting a sentence near the top of the federal guidelines.
