Michael Lohan Sentenced to Nine Months for Probation Violation

Michael Lohan, father of actress Lindsay Lohan, has been sentenced to nine months in jail in Palm Beach County, Florida, for violating his probation following a recent arrest for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife, Kate Major. He will receive credit for 38 days already served but could remain in jail until the end of 2025. The domestic violence case in Texas remains pending, with Major having filed an order of protection against him.
