Three Mexican National Guard Soldiers Killed in Juárez Accident
A tragic incident in Ciudad Juárez resulted in the deaths of three Mexican National Guard soldiers after an accidental discharge of a firearm led to a vehicle crash. The soldiers were patrolling the area when one of them accidentally fired his weapon, hitting the driver, Luis Daniel S.C., which caused the vehicle to crash into a utility pole. The crash occurred on Avenida Ejército Nacional during a dust storm, and two additional soldiers died from injuries sustained in the accident. Three other officers were injured and required hospitalization. Investigations are ongoing, and officials have not yet identified all the deceased soldiers. This incident raises concerns about the dangers faced by military personnel in volatile border regions.
