Tamil superstar Rajinikanth's highly anticipated film 'Vettaiyan' is set to release on October 10, 2024, across multiple languages. The film, directed by T.J. Gnanavel, features a star-studded cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, and Fahadh Faasil, marking the reunion of Rajinikanth and Bachchan after 33 years since 'Hum'. An audio launch and prevue event will take place on September 20 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai, promising a grand showcase with live performances from music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The film's narrative reportedly revolves around Rajinikanth playing a retired police officer unveiling a significant secret. The excitement is further fueled by the release of the first single, 'Manasilaayo', which has already gained popularity. Alongside 'Vettaiyan', Rajinikanth is also working on another project titled 'Coolie'.
