Teen Killed in Shooting Near United Center

Eighteen-year-old Jess Kendall was fatally shot during a violent robbery while on his way to a Lil Durk concert near the United Center in Chicago. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on Sunday when Kendall and his girlfriend were confronted by four masked individuals demanding their belongings. Following a verbal altercation, Kendall attempted to resist and was shot multiple times, ultimately dying at Stroger Hospital. Two other teenagers were also injured in the shooting, with one in critical condition and the other listed as stable.
