The album, co-executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett, features 13 original tracks and is described as a 'hypnotizing and glamorous' visual album. Inspired by Pink Floyd's 'The Wall' and the movie 'Mandy,' it aims to 'medicate a sick culture through music.' The album cover, shot by Glen Luchford, presents Cyrus in 1997 Thierry Mugler couture. Pre-orders are available for various formats including signed vinyl and special box sets. This release follows her successful 2023 album 'Endless Summer Vacation,' which included the Grammy-winning single 'Flowers.'
