Woman Killed Crossing I-95 in Pennsylvania

In Dover, a 29-year-old woman was fatally struck by a pickup truck while crossing North DuPont Highway outside of a crosswalk on Tuesday evening. The driver, a 17-year-old male, hit her while traveling in the left lane, and he later called his parents after pulling into a nearby parking lot. Police reported that the woman was wearing dark clothing at the time of the accident, and the investigation is ongoing with no charges filed yet. Separately, Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of an unidentified woman who was killed on Interstate 95 after attempting to cross the highway, where she was struck by a black Chevrolet van and subsequently hit by a white Chevrolet Express van. Both drivers remained on the scene and provided statements to investigators. The identity of the woman on I-95 has yet to be determined, and the circumstances surrounding her actions prior to the collision remain unclear.
