Alabama Man Arrested in Mississippi for Kidnapping, Sexual Assault of Ex-Girlfriend

Melvin Hill of Mobile, Alabama, was arrested in Jackson County, Mississippi, on charges of kidnapping, motor vehicle theft, and sexual battery after allegedly abducting and sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend. The victim escaped by fleeing into a Circle K gas station in St. Martin, Mississippi, where she alerted employees and deputies were called.
