KPop Demon Hunters' HUNTR/X to Perform at 99th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
The 99th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, airing on NBC and streaming on Peacock on November 27, 2025, will feature the daytime debut of the singing voices behind HUNTR/X, the fictional K-pop girl group from Netflix's hit animated film KPop Demon Hunters. EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI will perform live in New York City's Herald Square, with parade floats including characters Derpy Tiger and Susie from the film. The film's breakout single "Golden" has topped the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks, highlighting the cultural impact of the soundtrack. The parade will also showcase a diverse lineup of performers spanning multiple genres and generations, including Broadway productions Buena Vista Social Club, Just in Time, and Ragtime, and artists such as Matteo Bocelli, Ciara, Colbie Caillat, Gavin DeGraw, Lil Jon, Kool & the Gang, and Teyana Taylor. The centennial Radio City Rockettes, more than 1,200 dancers and cheerleaders, and several national and international marching bands will participate, adding to the event's festive atmosphere. This year's parade blends animation, live music, and traditional festivities, reinforcing the significant pop-cultural footprint of KPop Demon Hunters.
