Defending champions Mexico, drawn in Group A, will begin the tournament against the Dominican Republic. The U.S. team, aiming for its eighth title, is in Group D with Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, and Saudi Arabia. Jamaica, in Group C, will face Guatemala, Guadeloupe, and Panama.
