Police Charge 12, Seek 7 in Woodbridge Gang Brawl, Shooting

On April 13, a violent altercation and shooting involving the Wheels of Soul motorcycle gang took place outside the Babylon Café in Woodbridge, Virginia, resulting in two men suffering non-life-threatening injuries. The incident began when gang members forcibly removed a 42-year-old man from the café and assaulted him in the parking lot, after which a confrontation with an acquaintance led to an exchange of gunfire, with over 80 rounds fired and multiple vehicles and the building damaged. A large-scale law enforcement operation involving federal, state, and local agencies executed 14 search warrants across Virginia and Philadelphia in mid-July, targeting 19 individuals linked to the assault and shooting. Twelve suspects have been arrested with charges including prohibited street gang participation, aggravated malicious wounding by mob, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and reckless handling of a firearm.
