The company utilizes AI-driven solutions and a team of disability representatives to streamline the application process, reducing the time required to apply from weeks to under an hour. Mindset's outreach teams are active in various environments, such as homeless shelters and rehabilitation facilities, to identify and assist eligible applicants. This initiative comes at a time when over 17 million Americans live with serious mental illnesses and require substantial disability benefits.
