Lindsey Graham was in Kyiv to meet with president Zelensky and discuss the current state of Ukraine. Zelensky said that the Russians are dying and the US military assistance to Ukraine is the best money they've ever spent. Russia took offense to these comments and has issued an arrest warrant for Graham. Graham has responded by stating that he will wear the arrest warrant as a badge of honor.
