Waupun Man Dies in US 151 Three-Vehicle Crash

A 62-year-old man from Waupun was killed in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 151 in the town of Chester, Wisconsin, on Thursday evening around 6 p.m. The accident happened when his southbound Lincoln MKX struck a trailer attached to a Ford F350, which, along with a Chevrolet Suburban, was stopped at a railroad crossing for a passing train. The collision caused the Ford to hit the rear of the Suburban. The 42-year-old Loyal man driving the Ford and the 37-year-old Tampa, Florida man driving the Suburban were not injured. Multiple emergency agencies responded, and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team is investigating the crash. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
