WWE Adds Sons of Hall of Famers to 12-Athlete NIL Class

WWE has announced the fifth class of its Next In Line (NIL) program, featuring 12 new collegiate athletes, including the sons of WWE Hall of Famers Scott Steiner, Mark Henry, and WWE Global Ambassador Titus O’Neil. Notable signees include Brock Rechsteiner, who plays football at Jacksonville State; Jacob Henry, a dual-sport athlete in football and wrestling at the University of Oklahoma; and TJ Bullard, a football player at the University of Central Florida. The remaining recruits come from diverse sports backgrounds such as hockey, lacrosse, track and field, basketball, and field hockey, representing universities nationwide. The NIL program, launched in 2021, aims to develop college athletes for possible careers in sports entertainment by providing training, resources, and access to WWE’s Performance Center. Some previous NIL participants have successfully transitioned to WWE, including current NXT champions. WWE continues to invest heavily in this pipeline as a strategic effort to identify and nurture future WWE Superstars.
