Marcus Mariota to Lead 2025 Oregon Hall Inductees

The University of Oregon has announced its 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame class, featuring Marcus Mariota, the school's only Heisman Trophy winner and record-setting quarterback who led the Ducks to the national championship game in 2015. The class also includes two-time All-American center Hroniss Grasu, Bowerman Award-winning sprinter Jenna Prandini, Olympic medalist and softball star Janie (Takeda) Reed, and two-time NCAA javelin champion Sam Crouser. The 2011-2014 women’s indoor track and field teams, who helped Oregon secure five consecutive NCAA championships, will also be inducted. The inductees have achieved significant national and international milestones, accumulating numerous All-America honors. The Hall of Fame class will be honored during a banquet held the weekend of the Nov. 22 football game against USC. Athletic Director Rob Mullens praised the group for their extraordinary achievements and enduring impact on Oregon athletics.
