L'Oréal, French Firms Disclose Shares and Voting Rights
L'Oréal, Dassault Systèmes, Orange, Rexel and Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits published disclosures of their total number of outstanding shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and AMF General Regulation article 223-16. L'Oréal’s notice reiterated company and investor contact details and included its ISIN (FR0000120321), clarifying the document is not an offer. Dassault Systèmes provided outstanding share and voting‑rights totals and reminded shareholders that AMF rules govern voting‑rights calculations and threshold-declaration procedures (contact: Investors@3ds.com). Orange reiterated that double voting rights are automatically granted to fully paid registered shares held in a single name for at least two years (Article L.22‑10‑46) and noted calculations include shares without voting rights. Rexel specified totals both including and excluding treasury shares deprived of voting rights, and Marie Brizard confirmed its bylaws require disclosure of crossings of statutory thresholds in addition to legal thresholds. These routine regulatory filings are intended to ensure transparency and provide instructions for declaring threshold crossings under AMF rules.
