Two Juveniles Charged in Camden Teen's Shooting Death

Two juveniles, a 12-year-old girl from Wilmington, Delaware, and a 16-year-old boy from Camden, have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Xyere Brooks, a standout student and football player at KIPP High School in Camden.
