Charboneau, 36, has been charged with the first-degree murder of his ex-girlfriend Amy Hogue, 43, after allegedly assaulting her, restraining her in a wheelchair, and fatally shooting her in June. According to police, Charboneau and his new girlfriend, Brandi Luffy, used ratchet straps to bind Hogue before transporting her to a wooded area where Charboneau dug a grave and executed her.
