Mark Hoppus Performs Theme Song for Disney Jr. Iron Man Series

Marvel’s Iron Man and His Awesome Friends, a new preschool animated series featuring young Tony Stark alongside friends Riri Williams and Amadeus Cho, will premiere on Disney Jr. on August 11, with the first 10 episodes available on Disney+ the following day. The show, aimed at encouraging active play and problem-solving, includes voice performances by Mason Blomberg, Kapri Ladd, Aidyn Ahn, Tony Hale, Vanessa Bayer, and Talon Warburton. Mark Hoppus of blink-182 wrote and performed the catchy theme song titled “Totally Awesome,” emphasizing friendship and fun, continuing a trend of pop-punk artists contributing to children's TV music. The series will be supported by tie-in children’s books, Hasbro products, and an original soundtrack releasing shortly after the premiere. Animated shorts introducing the characters and additional Marvel heroes will be released prior to the show to build excitement. This project follows the success of similar Marvel preschool shows like Spidey and His Amazing Friends, which featured music by Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump.
