A tragic shooting incident occurred at a Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) camp in Balrampur district, resulting in the deaths of two soldiers and injuries to two others. The shooter, identified as Constable Ajay Sidar, opened fire during a dispute over food, specifically after being denied chillies by fellow jawan Rupesh Patel. Patel was killed instantly, while Sandeep Pandey succumbed to injuries en route to the hospital.
