Country Singer Jimmie Allen Found Liable Sexual Assault Las Vegas

Country singer Jimmie Allen has been found liable by a federal court in Tennessee for sexual assault, battery, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress related to an incident in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2022. The plaintiff, an anonymous woman known as Jane Doe, accused Allen of ignoring her repeated requests not to ejaculate inside her during consensual sex and secretly filming the encounter without her consent. Allen lost the ability to defend himself after repeatedly failing to comply with court deadlines and orders, including missing depositions and failing to pay court-ordered fees. The court granted a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff, allowing her to pursue monetary damages, while also holding Allen’s touring company, Aadyn’s Dad Touring, liable for failing to protect her from the abuse. This lawsuit followed an earlier sexual assault claim by Allen's former manager, which was dropped in March 2024. Allen has denied all allegations, and his legal team did not respond to requests for comment following the judgment.
