ReElement Noblesville Facility Expands 141%, Boosting US Critical Mineral Production
ReElement Technologies has significantly expanded its Noblesville, Indiana, rare earth element (REE) refining facility by 141%, increasing its size to over 16,500 square feet and boosting production capacity to more than 200 tonnes annually. This expansion enhances the company's ability to produce ultra-pure rare earth oxides and critical defense minerals such as yttrium, germanium, gadolinium, gallium, terbium, samarium, dysprosium, antimony, neodymium, and praseodymium with purity levels ranging from 99.9% to 99.999%. The facility's growth supports national security and economic objectives by reducing dependency on foreign sources and supplying essential materials for defense, advanced technology, and renewable energy sectors. ReElement is also continuing the build-out of its Marion Supersite to develop further large-scale refining capacity. The company has upgraded equipment, including additional separation columns and an ICP-MS machine, to ensure consistent high-purity output while maintaining full daily operations. This strategic expansion positions ReElement as a key player in meeting the growing demand for complex, high-purity rare earth materials in both defense and commercial markets.
