DAMAC Properties has launched Riverside Views, its first development for 2025, as part of the newly established DAMAC Riverside community. A launch event at Coca-Cola Arena was attended by Amira Sajwani, MD of DAMAC Properties, alongside celebrities like Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan and various media representatives. Riverside Views promises a range of amenities, including signature dining options, a Zen Spa, a hydroponic farm, and wellness facilities, with a focus on sustainability and lifestyle enhancement. Priced from AED 888,000 for one-bedroom units, the project offers a 70/30 payment plan and is expected to be ready for handover on May 31, 2028. DAMAC's month-long marketing campaign aims to attract buyers from key international markets such as India, Japan, China, Russia, and the US.
