Nip/Tuck Star Dylan Walsh Cited for Six Violations After NJ Crash with Open Alcohol Containers

Dylan Walsh, star of "Nip/Tuck," was involved in a car crash in Rumson, New Jersey, where he admitted to police that he had been drinking and was returning from a tavern before the accident. Police found multiple empty and open cans of White Claw Hard Seltzer in an open cooler bag in his SUV, which was carrying his wife, two children, and another passenger at the time. Witnesses reported seeing the vehicle swerve into oncoming traffic and heard Walsh's wife yelling to remove the alcohol from the back seat before authorities arrived. Walsh appeared "very red" and "very confused" to officers, and he was cited for six motor vehicle violations, including open container of alcohol, reckless driving, and expired registration. Two passengers were taken to Riverview Medical Center with complaints of pain, but Walsh's family has since returned home and expressed gratitude for the emergency responders and medical staff. Walsh provided a blood sample for further investigation, and no DWI charges have been filed pending the results.
