Max Homa Splits with Caddie, Seeks Season Turnaround

Max Homa has parted ways with his longtime caddie and childhood friend, Joe Greiner, amid a challenging season on the PGA Tour. Homa and Greiner had been working together since 2019, achieving six PGA Tour wins and significant team appearances, including the Presidents Cup and Ryder Cup. Despite their successful partnership, Homa has been struggling, missing multiple cuts and not qualifying for major tournaments. In a bid to improve his performance, Homa has also changed his coach and equipment and now has Bill Harke, a seasoned caddie, on his bag. Currently ranked 157th in the FedEx Cup standings and 78th in the Official World Golf Rankings, Homa is competing in the Valero Texas Open, seeking to turn his season around.
