Nintendo Confirms Pikmin 4 November 2025 Update

Nintendo confirmed a free Pikmin 4 update arriving in November 2025 that adds Decor Pikmin, a Field Camera photo mode, and two new Creature Activity Levels. Decor Pikmin are costume‑clad variants first seen in Pikmin Bloom that will appear wearing items like doughnuts and wind‑up toys and can be transferred or synced with the Pikmin Bloom mobile app. The Field Camera lets players pause expeditions to photograph their custom character, Pikmin squads and environments with adjustable angles, filters, frames and stamps, and snapping photos may be tied to finding Decor Pikmin. The new Creature Activity Levels — Relaxed, where creatures only attack if provoked, and Fierce, which increases enemy aggression — can be chosen at the start of play or toggled mid‑game. Nintendo also noted a demo of the new features and a Pikmin Bloom update (Ice Pikmin on Nov. 1), did not announce any Switch 2–specific enhancements, and has not specified an exact release date or region rollout.
