Eagles Name Former Jets GM Joe Douglas Senior Personnel Director

The Philadelphia Eagles have officially announced the return of Joe Douglas to their front office as Senior Personnel Director and Advisor to General Manager Howie Roseman. Douglas previously served as the Eagles' Vice President of Player Personnel from 2016 to 2019, contributing to their Super Bowl LII victory before becoming the Jets' general manager in 2019. After a challenging tenure with the Jets, ending with a 32-68 record and his firing in November 2024, Douglas has rejoined the Eagles amid a series of front office changes aimed at maintaining the team's recent success. Alongside Douglas's appointment, the Eagles promoted Ryan Myers to Director of College Scouting and Matt Holland to Assistant Director of College Scouting, among other scouting and football operations staff adjustments.
