REMAX, Magnite Partner to Launch U.S., Canada Commerce Media Network
Magnite, the largest independent sell-side advertising company, has partnered with REMAX to expand REMAX's commerce media business by leveraging its proprietary first-party homebuyer data. REMAX, the first real estate franchisor to launch a commerce media network, will use Magnite’s curation tools to enrich its media supply and package premium audience segments based on attributes such as income level, age, and homebuying stage, enabling precise targeting and streamlined programmatic workflows. This partnership allows advertisers and agencies to activate REMAX data against Magnite’s premium inventory both onsite and offsite, creating new opportunities to reach high-intent home buyers. According to Abby Lee, REMAX EVP of Marketing, the collaboration aims to deliver precision and efficiency, offering smarter ways for brands to connect with consumers making major life purchases. The REMAX Media Network, launched in December 2024, includes digital and offline activations and has begun contributing to REMAX’s topline, although growth has been slower than expected due to macroeconomic impacts on advertising spend. The data-driven approach targets categories such as mortgage lending, insurance, home goods, and financial services by reflecting real-time homebuyer intent signals, differentiating it from general mover data.
