The music video showcases footage from the band's recent 40th Anniversary Tour across Europe and South America. Portnoy expressed his excitement about contributing to the album, highlighting references to his past lyrics within the song. 'Parasomnia' will include a total of 71 minutes of music, exploring themes related to sleep disturbances. The North American leg of their tour will coincide with the album's release, kicking off in Philadelphia on the same day.
