A total of 23 sets of twins graduated from Pollard Middle School in Needham, Massachusetts on Wednesday. The twins make up roughly 10% of the 454 students who made up the graduating class of 2024. The event was historic not only because of the number of twins but also because in most cases, the twins were graduating with their identical partners. 'I had many twins in some of my classes,' said Cal Hammerstand, whose brother, Owen, is also a twin. 'I think one time I had 6 sets of twins in one class.' In an unusual occurrence, all 23 sets plan to attend the same high school, Needham High School, in the autumn.
