Samaritan's Purse launches 767 airlift delivering 105,000 pounds humanitarian aid to Gaza

Samaritan's Purse, led by Rev. Franklin Graham, has launched a new Boeing 767 cargo aircraft from Greensboro carrying over 105,000 pounds of humanitarian aid to Gaza, including more than 290,000 packets of vitamin-fortified food, 12,000 blankets, and solar lights, aimed at assisting families affected by the ongoing conflict. Franklin Graham emphasized the volatile and dangerous conditions in Gaza, condemning Hamas and highlighting the urgency and compassion behind the relief mission. The organization is stepping up its role in aid distribution as the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, previously responsible for delivering aid, is being phased out due to loss of government funding and criticism over militarized distribution sites. Samaritan’s Purse disaster response specialists are already on the ground in the Middle East, coordinating with local partners to ensure distribution of supplies.
