2025 Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award Recipients Announced

The Recording Academy has announced that Prince, The Clash, and Frankie Valli will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards at the 2025 Grammys, with the ceremony set for February 1 in Los Angeles. Other honorees include gospel singer Dr. Bobby Jones, hip hop pioneer Roxanne Shante, Maze's Frankie Beverly, and blues artist Taj Mahal. The Trustees Award recipients are producer Glyn Johns, jazz pianist Erroll Garner, and composer Tania León, while the Technical Grammy will honor acoustics engineer Dr. Leo Beranek. Many of the Lifetime Achievement awards will be posthumous, as Prince, The Clash's Joe Strummer, and Beverly have all passed away.
