Israeli Air Strikes Kill 25 Displaced Palestinians in Gaza

A wave of Israeli air strikes has hit multiple encampments for displaced Palestinians across Gaza, resulting in at least 25 deaths, most of whom were women and children, according to Gaza's civil defence agency. The deadliest attack reportedly targeted tents in the Al-Mawasi area near Khan Younis, killing 16 and injuring 23 more. Additional strikes on other encampments killed several others, including seven in Beit Lahia and a father and child near Al-Mawasi. The attacks come as Hamas continues to prepare its response to an Israeli ceasefire and hostage release proposal, stating it will not accept any partial deal. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed his negotiating team to continue efforts to secure the release of hostages held in Gaza.
