The fire erupted around 3:00 a.m. during a concert by the local hip-hop group DNK, reportedly ignited by pyrotechnics that struck the flammable ceiling material. Among the victims was 25-year-old soccer player Andrej Lazarov, who tragically died while attempting to save fellow concertgoers, as confirmed by his club, FC Shkupi. The club expressed their sorrow, highlighting Lazarov's bravery and selflessness in his final moments. Authorities have arrested the club owner and are seeking additional individuals in connection with the incident.
