FX Expands Wrexham Franchise, Renews and Adds Necaxa

FX has renewed the hit docuseries 'Welcome to Wrexham' for a fifth season, following Wrexham AFC's historic entry into the EFL Championship after a third consecutive promotion under the ownership of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. FX also announced a summer premiere for 'Necaxa,' a new docuseries focused on Mexico's Club Necaxa, co-owned by Reynolds, McElhenney, and Eva Longoria. 'Necaxa' will document the club's challenges, ambitions, and passionate supporters, in a style similar to 'Welcome to Wrexham.' Both series will air on FX in the U.S., with 'Necaxa' also streaming on Disney+ Latin America.
