Apple TV+ has released the trailer for the second season of "Shape Island," a stop-motion animated series based on the bestselling "Shapes" picture book trilogy by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen, premiering all eight episodes on August 29, 2025. The Emmy Award-winning show features characters Square, Circle, and Triangle as they explore friendship and navigate their differences on a charming island, teaching children about diverse friendships. Returning voice actors include Yvette Nicole Brown as the narrator, Harvey Guillén as Square, Scott Adsit as Triangle, and Gideon Adlon as Circle. Co-created and executive produced by the book authors Barnett and Klassen, the series also includes executive producers Kelli Bixler and Drew Hodges from Bix Pix Entertainment, with Ryan Pequin as co-executive producer and head writer.
