Apple Plans 2026 Foldable iPhone Launch with 8 Million Samsung Displays

The company has placed orders for 7 to 8 million flexible OLED displays exclusively from Samsung Display, with assembly handled by Foxconn. A key focus in development is eliminating the crease typically seen on foldable screens, a problem Apple and Samsung are collaboratively addressing to ensure a nearly invisible fold. The foldable iPhone will feature a titanium alloy body, dual rear cameras, a single front camera, and Touch ID instead of Face ID, with an expected premium price range of $2000 to $2500.
