Florida Man Arrested for NYSE Bomb Plot

The investigation began in February after a tip led agents to discover bomb-making materials in Yener's storage unit, including sketches, timers, and electronic components. Yener expressed his intention to execute the attack during the week of November 18, 2024, aiming to force a 'reset' of the U.S. government and publicly announce his demands post-attack. He reportedly sought guidance from undercover agents and had previously attempted to join extremist groups. Yener, currently homeless, will remain detained while awaiting trial following his initial court appearance.
