Nicholas Hoult has been cast in an untitled bank heist thriller directed by David Leitch, known for his work on action films like 'Deadpool 2' and 'Bullet Train'. The film, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Imagine Entertainment, and 87North, will follow a group of bank robbers who utilize social media to document their heists while playing a cat-and-mouse game with law enforcement. The script, written by Mark Bianculli, is currently under wraps, and filming is expected to begin this summer. Leitch's recent successes have made him a sought-after director, and the project has gained traction after he and producer Kelly McCormick joined earlier this year. Hoult is also set to appear as Lex Luthor in the upcoming 'Superman' film and has recently starred in 'Nosferatu' and 'Juror #2'. This collaboration marks a reunion for Hoult and Leitch following Hoult's cameo in 'Deadpool 2'.
