David Greenberg, with over 32 years at L'Oréal and notable for making the U.S. the group's top growth driver, will transition from CEO to the newly created role of chairman of L'Oréal USA. Alexis Perakis-Valat, currently president of the consumer products division, will succeed Greenberg as CEO of L'Oréal USA and president of North America, bringing extensive global experience and having driven substantial sales growth in his current role. These changes initiate a cascade of promotions, including Fabrice Megarbane taking over Perakis-Valat's previous position.
