Travis Stice Steps Down as Diamondback CEO, Kaes Van't Hof Succeeds

Stice has led the company since January 2012, overseeing significant growth and a market capitalization of $51.3 billion. He expressed gratitude for his tenure and confidence in Van’t Hof's leadership moving forward. Van’t Hof, who joined Diamondback in 2016 and has experience in both finance and operations, aims to continue the company's successful strategy of acquisitions and efficient execution. Concurrently, Jere Thompson will take over as chief financial officer, enhancing the leadership team during this transition.
