In Agra, 124.4 mm of rain led to extensive waterlogging and infrastructure damage, with a man swept away in a flooded drain still missing. Bagerhat municipality in Bangladesh faced waterlogging due to inadequate drainage, leading to persistent flooding even after brief showers. Cumilla experienced intense flooding that damaged nearly 1,100 km of roads and several bridges, with water levels reaching knee to chest height. In Hubballi-Dharwad, continuous rains have led to extensive road damage, with repair costs estimated at Rs 1.6 crore, but repairs will be delayed until after the Ganesha festival. Additionally, crop damage has been extensive in Andhra Pradesh, affecting over 2 lakh acres of farmland.
