Fiona Eastwood named CEO of Merlin Entertainments

Fiona Eastwood has been appointed as the new CEO of Merlin Entertainments, having previously served as the interim CEO since November 2024. With nearly a decade of experience at Merlin, Eastwood aims to lead the company through its transformational strategy, focusing on performance, creativity, operational excellence, and enhancing guest experiences. Her appointment follows the resignation of Scott O’Neil, and she will oversee significant upcoming projects, including the opening of the first standalone Peppa Pig Theme Park in Dallas and a new LEGOLAND Resort in Shanghai. Chairman Roland Hernandez praised Eastwood's understanding of the business and her vision for sustainable growth. Merlin Entertainments operates over 140 attractions worldwide and recently reported a revenue increase despite facing a pre-tax loss.
