Russian Forces Advance Near Multiple Settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk Regions

Russian forces have made advances in multiple regions of eastern Ukraine, including near settlements in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk as well as in the Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk regions. Russia's defense ministry confirmed taking the village of Novoheorhiivka in Dnipropetrovsk near the Donetsk border, although U.S. assessments estimate that Russian control in Dnipropetrovsk remains below 1%. Additional gains include the settlements of Pankivka and Sukhetse in eastern Ukraine, and advances near the Serebrianske forestry and Olhivske. Despite these Russian claims, some reports note that these areas, particularly Dnipropetrovsk, are not among the regions Russia has officially claimed as its own territory. The Russian military also reported strikes on Ukrainian fuel supply infrastructure and a drone assembly plant, escalating the conflict's impact on Ukraine's logistics. Ukrainian forces have reportedly repelled some assaults and launched counterattacks, maintaining pressure on Russian occupiers.
