Worker Killed in Dump Truck Accident on I-95

A construction worker was fatally struck by a dump truck in a work zone on southbound Interstate 95 near Mountain Road in Harford County, Maryland, on Tuesday morning. The incident occurred just after 8:30 a.m. when the dump truck, which was backing up, hit the worker.
