Arizona Wildcats Defeat TCU in Big 12 Opener

Caleb Love scored a season-high 33 points, leading Arizona to a 90-81 victory over TCU in their inaugural Big 12 game. Arizona shot 56.9% from the field and maintained a lead throughout the game, despite TCU cutting the deficit to one possession multiple times in the second half. Love contributed significantly with seven assists and seven rebounds, while teammate Henri Veesaar added 15 points off the bench. TCU struggled defensively, allowing a season-high 90 points, and despite Noah Reynolds scoring 23 points, they were unable to take the lead at any point during the game. This win marks Arizona's first victory over a Power 4 school this season and improves their record to 7-5 overall and 1-0 in the Big 12. Arizona's next challenge will be against Cincinnati on Saturday.
